Ms. Richards, Ms. Borges, and Ms. Diaz have united to form CMS
Property Management Inc. to provide state of the art property
management services. The officers of CMS serve our clients exclusive personal
services with management services, leasing services,
administrative, and supervision of property maintenance, inspections,
recordkeeping of financial and corporate books including financial
management services.
Paula Richards
Ms. Richards is Marketing Director and office
administrator with 11 years experience in property management quality control, including
commercial, residential, rental and condominiums. She has worked on the
complete build-out and leasing of 424 rental parking spaces and 64 rental storage
units in South Beach with such Lessor as Starbucks and Olivers Restaurant.
Ms. Richards also headed the leasing department of a renta building of 350
rental units, keeping occupancy above 90% while overseeing a staff of 9 employees.
Elena Diaz
Ms. Diaz is Financial Administrator responsible for internal and
external financial matters for the firm and its subsidiaries including accounting,
compliance reviews, budgeting, and monitoring financial results of operations.
Prior to joining CMS, she obtained experience in accounting practices and
specialized in domestic accounting tax laws. Her many years of experience in
these fields have included handling the accounting, budgeting and other
financial matters for Half Moon Towers Condominium, Bayview Towers
Association, Krome Plaza, and Cami Investments. Ms. Diaz graduated from
Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and tax.
